The Opportunity:
The Roving Finance Coordinator (RFC) will lead the Finance Team in all area offices, making sure that all finance staff in the field are able to deliver in the best possible manner. S/he will be expected to lead on all aspects of finance activities within finance domain. The post holder will play a key role in building capacity for the field finance teams and partners.
The RFC’s role is to provide cross cutting professional services to Plan International Cameroon and her stakeholders, positively contributing to the smooth running of operations.
The Individual/About You:
As the RFC, you should hold the team and partners accountable to deliver on their responsibilities, giving them the freedom to deliver in the best way they see fit; you should also provide the necessary development to improve performance and applying appropriate consequences when results are not achieved – creating a managerial environment to lead, enable and maintain our culture of child safeguarding.
Also, you should demonstrate honesty, encourage openness and transparency, build trust and confidence. Having a BACC +4 or any equivalent Accounting Degree, Diploma, certifications, alongside experience and well-developed skills in staff management, supervision and capacity building will be very vital.
