The French-African Foundation is seeking applications for its 2023 Young Leaders Program to identify and promote a new generation of leaders who will unleash energies and shape a new partnership in all fields: socio-economic, political and diplomatic, cultural and media.
The 2023 Young Leaders Program is under the high patronage of HE Emmanuel Macron, President of the Republic of France and HE Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda.
The seminar will be held during one week in June 2023 in France and one week in fall 2023 in Rwanda.
This program represents an exceptional opportunity to engage with a high level community made of laureates as well as the most prominent French and continental leaders acting in public and private spheres.
The French-African Foundation works to create generations of leaders committed to building constructive ties between Africa and France.
Its mission is to promote and embody Franco-African dialogue at the highest level in various fields.
Eligibility Criteria
- Selected must be between 28 and 40 years old.
- They need to be French nationals or the nationals of an African country.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French or a demonstrated interest in learning.
- Selectees should demonstrate engagement and inclusive leadership across public and private sectors, and across geographical borders.
- The selectee must also demonstrate applied skills and experiences in any domain.
