JFD is pleased to announce the Les Margaret Awards.
Les Margaret Awards reward every year European and African women entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, whose projects and innovation meet the major challenges of their society.
The Margaret 2023 will benefit from a personalised support programme to meet the development needs of the projects presented: mentoring, coaching, media coverage, financing, etc.
The Award Ceremony Will Take Place In Paris On April 17, 2023.

- Media visibility worth 1 million euros.
- Mentoring & coaching: support for personal development and business growth by their partners.
- Public speaking opportunities in Europe or Africa.
- One year membership to the JFD Club (value: 3,000 euros/year)
- Funding
- Les Margaret Intrapreneurs receive:
- Media visibility worth 1 million euros.
- Mentoring & coaching: personal and professional development support from JFD and its partners.
- Public speaking opportunities in Europe or Africa.
- One year membership to the JFD Club (value: 3,000 euros/year)
- Les Margaret Juniors receive:
- Media visibility valued at 1 million euros.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Support for personal development and project implementation, by their partners.
- Training and workshops by their partners.
- A scholarship worth 1000 euros.

Eligibility Criteria
- You are a female founder or co-founder of a tech startup for the âEntrepreneurâ category.
- You are a female employee and you developed a project in agreement with your employer while remaining an employee for the âIntrapreneurâ category.
- You are a citizen of a European or African country, your project is innovative and respond to societal issues.
- The selection of the winners is made in 3 steps:
- First step: candidates are invited to complete an application form available online.
- Step Two: On Thursday 9 February 2023, the selected entries will be presented to les Margaret Awards jury. Following these presentations, deliberations will take place behind closed doors to determine the 2023 winners. From that point on, the finalists will be announced, but the names of the four winners will remain confidential until the award ceremony.
- Step three: The award ceremony will take place on Monday 17 April 2023 and the finalists must make themselves available for the ceremony.
